Music & lyrics by Vij Sodera

Dwell in the Shelter
Abide in the Shadow of Light
No fear for trouble when the sun goes down
Or arrow when the sun shining bright
Spreading wings are my refuge
A shield in the dark of the night
A guardian angel takes charge of my life
And stands to my left and my right

Be still in the Presence
Wait with patience and trust
The promise of overflowing love
Fall on me from above
Let not anger take seed in your heart
It tends only evil to rise
Better is the little of the righteous one
Than the abundance of the wicked and sly

And I’m falling, I fall into the hands of Love

Once I was younger
Now I am many in years
I’ve not seen the righteous forsaken, no
Nor his children broken down in tears
Wait for the Lord and walk His way
He will exalt you to possess the land
He is God, my Deliverer
And as for me, well, I’m just a man.

And I’m falling, I fall into the hands of Love

Vij’s notes:
This song is a paraphrase of some of the Psalms and Proverbs. It’s all about falling into the hands of God, who is Love.

Pardeep plays a great middle section where he starts with his Yamaha SG as normal and then adds a slide. He also does a smooth outro. Andrew adds a nice touch of jazz to the middle section.
